Chef Jesse Seward has over fourteen years of food and beverage industry experience. He is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of Virginia and a United States Navy Veteran.
Born and raised in Akron, Ohio, Chef Jesse began his cooking career at age 16 when he was hired as a dishwasher at a local Steak House, eventually moving on to the production line and he hasn’t looked back.
He has cooked professionally in Virginia, Ohio, and Florida and lived in Japan for six years during his time in the Navy. His time overseas allowed him the opportunity to travel abroad and experience the food culture from many regions which have a major influence in his style of cooking.
His passion for food offers an experience which includes a combination of his travels abroad, classic training, and southern cultured background which highlight his unique, vibrant and artistic take on today’s modern cuisine.
